Coaching services at Skills Builder are conducted through the following steps:

  • Initially, we establish a preliminary discussion to assess the suitability between the Coach and customers. This is an important foundation for success in coaching sessions.
  • Discuss to define short-term and long-term goals of customers and factors to be improved. Aspects such as Coachee's personality, leadership style, values, motivation or approval... are also factors to be determined before conducting coaching
  • We use 360-degree interviews and feedback surveys to collect relevant data as a foundation for the implementation process
  • After both sides agree on goals, methods and implementation methods, we conduct training sessions with top International Experts obtaining certificates from reputable Coaching organizations.
  • To achieve certain efficiency, the Coaching process usually lasts 6 - 12 months, with 1-2 sessions per month.
  • Quarterly assessment sessions will be conducted to evaluate initial results and consider making adjustments if necessary.
  • By the techniques of asking questions, listening, responding, inspiring and provoking, the Coach will help Coachee unlock potential, stimulate creative thinking, clearly perceive problems and find solutions.
